While Trump Plaza resident and local dog lover Karen Kossman celebrated going around the bend at 39 one more time, her neighbors helped celebrate that victory lap with a gathering of the local best of breeds… Dudley, America’s Top Dog Model, was there, as were Karen’s trusted pooch Ginger, and all her friends.
