Monthly Archives: October 2009 It was an active weekend for dogs and their humans, with costume contests and fun(d)raisers. Our friends at Every Dog Has its Day dog spa in Abacoa held a town-wide dog wash and vendor event, benefitting friends of jupiter beach, and the local chapter of Greyhound Pets of America adoption organization. And a new Great...  We’ve started photographing this year’s winners for the Art of Dog calendar, a yearly fund raiser for the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League produced by The Pampered Pup, with photography by dogslife photography. The calendar features the “pick of the litter” from this year’s entries. This little lady is Brix, a Beagle puppy, about 3... no comments  I’ve been meaning to get to the dog park in The Bluffs off Marsinski Road in Jupiter for a long time. Home to a great group of Boxers, I’ve been told. Well, with two kids watching cartoons and a sleepy wife, we didn’t make it until about 10 a.m., the end of the morning shift.... no comments  Weekends at the Gardens city dog park at Lilac Park is great for dog watching. Always an adventure, and always some great moments and funny faces. And who knew Bostons were so fast?
